Institute Scandinavian Employeeship Institute does advanced research into employeeship and Scandinavian management practices. Our ambition is to translate academic research in the field of management and human resources into a set of practical solutions to develop individuals in their workplace. Development programmes We offer several different development programmes, seminars, lectures and open workshops. Research We do and coordinate research assignments with the goal of creating practical development programmes for managers and employees. Meeting place Scandinavian Employeeship Institute intends to be a meeting place for managers, employees, researchers and journalists. It has been established as a forum for discussion about current issues related to employeeship and leadership. Cooperation We work with universities, colleges, trade unions, organizations and the business community both in Sweden and abroad. Publishing Scandinavian Employeeship Institute has plans to publish books, white papers and research reports.   Today we are based in Sweden and Poland. Over 25,000 employees and 300 managers have participated in our development programmes. 60 management groups have developed guidelines for creating active employeeship culture.
